Nature of service

Readings are provided for guidance, reflection and personal insight. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological or financial advice.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book a reading.

Bookings & payment

All appointments must be confirmed and paid for in advance. Payment details will be shared once your requested time is agreed.

Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund or free rebooking. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a charge.

Recording

Sessions may not be recorded without prior agreement from both parties.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed in a session is held in complete confidence and never shared with any third party.
